reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to
adjust the price and specification of any service on the web site at our discretion.
Right To Withdraw Items
We reserve the right to withdraw any service from the web site at any time. We will not be liable
to you or anyone else for withdrawing any service from the web site or refusing to process an order.
Age Of Consent
If you wish to order services you must be of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we
discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain services, we reserve the right to cancel all
orders immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order.
Payment & Other Charges
The total cost of your order is the price of the services, plus cleaning charges, plus any applicable
taxes that we must collect. Payment can be made by Check, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit or
debit cards.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or online payment service that is being used is
yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card
issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any
delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our
processing of your credit/debit card payment.
Deposit and Payment Terms
Your Deposit must be in the form of a check. The balance of your reservation can be paid by check
or credit card. The final payment must be received within 45 days of your original reservation.
When your reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit and
final payment must be received within 7 days.
When your reservation is booked less than 7 days, the deposit check and other payments
must reach us within 48 hours. We do not accept reservations booked less than 72 hours before
arrival.
Cancellation Policy
When a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit, less a $25.00
booking fee, will be refunded. When a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your
arrival, and we are unable to rent the unit for substantially the same dates, there is a 25% fee for that
cancellation. Guests canceling a reservation 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies.
Limitation Of Liability
Except for our Guarantee below, to the fullest extent permissible under law, we disclaim any other
warranties of any kind (whether express or implied) in relation to services purchased by you through the
web site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Our liability in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations or
otherwise arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be limited in aggregate
to all sums paid by you to us.
In any event, we shall not be liable to you under, or in connection with these terms and
conditions in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or
negligent representations) or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation loss of
revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings) or for any special or indirect losses
whatsoever.
Changes To These Terms & Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time.
Severance
Each provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each
other and the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of California.
