The living room includes a comfortable sofa, rattan rocker and a rattan chair with ottoman, where you can sit back and soak in the stunning ocean view, or watch a program on our 27" TV system. We have included a VCR and DVD players for a wonderful evening sitting around the fireplace with a bowl of popcorn and your favorite movie.

The dining area seats six, so you and your guests can enjoy a comfortable dinner setting, or use the dining area to play cards, or whatever strikes your fancy. If you're an avid reader, enjoy one of the books from the shelf. While you're here, just relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the beach. Or make a trip into town.

You can create your own meals in your kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave and a four-burner electric stove with oven. The kitchen is stocked with dishware, pots, pans and utensils for cooking.

Our beach condo is on the third and top floor of the building, with a balcony overlooking the Ocean, 100 yards away. The condominium is rented as a NON-SMOKING unit, with NO PETS allowed.
