The dining area seats four, so you and your guests can enjoy a comfortable dinner setting, or use the dining area to play cards, or whatever strikes your fancy.  If you're an avid reader, enjoy one of the books from the shelf.  While you're here, just relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the beach.  Or make a trip into town.

You can create your own meals in your kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave and a four-burner electric stove with oven.  The kitchen is stocked with dishware, pots, pans and utensils for cooking.

Our beach condo is on the ground floor of the building, with a patio steps from the Ocean, 100 yards away.  From the bedroom you can watch the sun or moon set over the ocean.  The condominium is rented as a NON-SMOKING unit, with NO PETS allowed.
